MilitaryPlaques.com produces custom plaques for military units, government agencies, state offices, law enforcement departments, and universities. Each plaque is hand-carved in mahogany and hand-painted to reproduce your supplied emblem, seal, insignia, and wording.
Specify the design, dimensions, colors, and text required for your office, podium, wall display, award, or official presentation. Customization is available at no additional charge, with no artwork setup fee.
Specify your plaque
- Select the size. Choose from the Plaque Size menu. The displayed price updates with your selected options.
- Enter your customization requirements. Select Yes under Customize your plaque? to reveal the Customization Instructions field. Include exact wording, names, ranks, dates, colors, and layout requirements.
- Supply reference artwork. Use Upload File 1, 2, and 3 to attach your emblem, seal, design reference, or supporting instructions. Each file may be up to 50 MB. If your artwork is not ready, contact

- Review your configuration. Check the selected size, customization, service, quantity, and calculated unit price before selecting Review your order and Add to Cart.
Review and approve before production
After ordering, you will receive a design proof for approval before production begins. Review the emblem details, spelling, rank, unit or agency designation, dates, colors, and layout against your requirements.
Submit any corrections before approving the proof. Design changes or delayed approval may affect the production and delivery schedule.
Government purchasing and quotations
For agency purchases or orders requiring a formal quotation, select Government Purchase Inquiry. Provide your required design, size, quantity, delivery destination, and required delivery date.

Delivery planning
Standard shipping is free, with delivery approximately six weeks from production start. Standard service does not include a guaranteed delivery date.
If your order has a required arrival date, enter it under When do you need it?, provide the Delivery destination, and select Ask the team to confirm my date. Contact sales before ordering express service to confirm availability and whether your deadline can be met. FPO and overseas delivery requirements should also be confirmed with the team.
