Each plaque is hand-carved in mahogany and hand-painted to the approved design. There is no artwork setup fee. Customization of the plaque is done free of charge.
If customization is required, provide your organisation’s seal, insignia, badge or other design, together with the required wording and layout instructions. Accurate artwork and clearly stated requirements help establish the correct design before manufacture.

- Set Customize your plaque? to Yes. Enter wording, colours, layout and other requirements in Customization Instructions.
- Attach artwork and supporting specifications using Upload File 1, 2 or 3. Each upload accepts files up to 50 MB. Include a clear reference image and exact text for names, ranks, organisational designations and dates.
- Select Express Manufacture & Shipping. Enter When do you need it? and Delivery destination, then use Ask the team to confirm my date if delivery is required for a specific event. Contact the team for FPO or overseas shipping requirements.
- Check Your configuration, including size, customisation, shipping, quantity and calculated unit price. Select Review your order and Add to Cart to proceed.
Artwork approval and production
After ordering, you will receive an artwork proof for approval before production. Check the organisational identity, spelling, wording, colours and layout carefully. Design changes or delayed approval may affect the production and delivery schedule.
