### Custom Design Military Presentation Plaque / Government Personnel Presentation Plaque *with optional Brass Plate*

1\) Please select the size and shape of plaque required 2) You can choose to have the wording carved into the wood and then painted ***OR*** have the wording etched onto a brass plate. There is no "per word" charge but MilitaryPlaques.Com will advise you if the requested wording will fit the space on a given plaque. 3) Input the wording for the dedication/inscription. 4) Upload the image file for the emblem or logo in the section indicated. 5) Indicate in the INSTRUCTIONS section the file names and any special instructions.
