To minimize errors and improve our turnaround time, we encourage you to take a look at these important reminders before placing your order: **Design** If you have not found the design that you want on our list of sample products, we can have it customized. In order to do this, we need the following information: - Size or Dimension of the Plaque - Color Finish - Front Text or Wordings including the name of the recipient, title of award, and other important details - Additional Greeting or Dedication from the Sender - An image of any design, graphics, logo, or insignia for inclusion If you have additional specifications than those mentioned, you can indicate these in the instruction box that is provided on every order form. Once your order is complete, we will send you a mock-up design via email for your approval before we start on creating the finished item. If there are errors or adjustments required for the first mock-up design we send you, these will be corrected at no extra cost. **Rework Policy** Please note that once an order is approved in writing, any subsequent errors found after delivery will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Request for changes on the approved order will be chargeable at a minimum fee of $30.00 per item. **Return and Cancellation of Products** As much as possible, we do not encourage the return of products by our customers. However, as a reputable business, we also respect the rights of our customers when it comes to this issue. Here are some reminders to keep in mind when returning or canceling an order: There is a $25.00 fee for any refund given on a credit card where an order is canceled. Products with a unique design cannot be returned and no refund will be given.
