Plaque Materials and Finishes
Plaques are available in carved mahogany wood, high-density urethane (HDU), or metal. HDU plaques can be carved or laser color printed.
Presentation plaques are available in mahogany wood or HDU, either carved or laser color printed.
All carved mahogany wood and HDU plaques are hand-carved and hand-painted.
All metal plaques are cost on inquiry.
Military Plaques provide a free mock-up design that can help customers achieve the specific design that they want. To minimize errors and improve our turnaround time, we encourage you to take a look at these important reminders before placing your order:
Design
If you have not found the design that you want on our list of sample products, we can have it customized. In order to do this, we need the following information:
- Size or Dimension of the Plaque
- Color Finish
- Front Text or Wordings including the name of the recipient, title of award, and other important details
- Additional Greeting or Dedication from the Sender
- An image of any design, graphics, logo, or insignia for inclusion
If you have additional specifications than those mentioned, you can indicate these in the instruction box that is provided on every order form.
Once your order is complete, we will send you a mock-up design via email for your approval before we start on creating the finished item. If there are errors or adjustments required for the first mock-up design we send you, these will be corrected at no extra cost.
Rework Policy
Check names, dates, dimensions and artwork before giving written approval. Ask the team to confirm any charge for changes requested after approval.
Return and Cancellation of Products
As much as possible, we do not encourage the return of products by our customers. However, as a reputable business, we also respect the rights of our customers when it comes to this issue. Here are some reminders to keep in mind when returning or canceling an order:
Before ordering, review the published return, refund and cancellation provisions and ask the team to clarify the terms for your project.
Products with a unique design cannot be returned and no refund will be given.
