The 212th Aviation Battalion
This plaque shows the emblem of 212th Aviation Battalion. This plaque is made of solid mahogany wood, handmade from carving, painting, and finishing. A fine item to start a military insignia collection. A great graduation or retirement gift too! This item can also be a wall plaque or a podium plaque. A recessed hook enables the plaque to hang flush against any wall.
212th Aviation Battalion: The emblem suggests a prescribed drop down zone and the arrowhead piercing it symbolizes the placement of men and materials within the zone. The flaming torch and wings refer to the unit's motto Wings of Freedom.
